Multivessel PCI Guided by FFR or Angiography for Myocardial Infarction

In patients with STEMI and multivessel disease, PCI for nonculprit lesions is superior to treatment of the culprit lesion alone. Whether an FFR-guided approach results in better clinical outcomes than an angiography-guided approach for complete revascularization in such patients is unclear. New research findings are summarized in a short video.
